Simple & Transparent Pricing

Pricing you can work out before you pick up the phone

Medical billing starts at 2.49% of collections, and every other service is a published flat fee. No setup charges, no long lock-in, no line items that appear after you sign. Where a job genuinely varies, such as an audit or a custom build, we say so and quote it properly instead of hiding it behind "contact us".

How Our Pricing Works

Three rules we do not break

Most billing quotes are deliberately hard to compare. Ours are built so you can put them next to anyone else's.

We are paid when you are paid

Billing is a percentage of what actually lands in your account, not of what we submitted, not of what was allowed. If a claim never pays, we never earn on it. That is the whole reason the percentage model exists, and plenty of vendors quietly break it.

Flat fees stay flat

A licence is $500. A registration is $350. Those numbers do not move because your practice got busier. Where a government or board charges its own fee, we list it separately and pass it through at cost, so you see exactly what is ours and what is theirs.

No lock-in after the ramp

The first months of a billing transition need commitment from both sides, so there is a short initial term. After that we run month to month. We would rather earn next month with this month's numbers than hold you to a two-year contract.

Pricing FAQs

The questions that decide the quote

Prefer to just ask? Call +1 (855) 307-4535.

Four things: monthly collections, average claim value, specialty, and payer mix. A high-volume practice with straightforward commercial claims sits at the bottom of the range. A low-volume specialty with heavy prior authorisation, out-of-network work or complex coding takes more hours per dollar collected, so it sits higher. We tell you which factors moved your number rather than just quoting a figure.

Collections. Money actually received. This matters more than it sounds. A percentage of billed charges pays the biller whether or not the claim is ever collected, which removes their reason to chase a difficult claim. Ours is tied to what reaches your bank account, so a denied claim costs us as much as it costs you. Always ask any billing company this question.

No. Onboarding, system access, fee schedule loading and the audit of your open receivables are all part of the engagement. You keep your own EHR and clearinghouse licences in your name, so there is no software fee from us either. The only charges outside our published fees are third-party ones: board, state and agency fees, and those are passed through at cost.

Legacy A/R is quoted separately, on recovery, so we earn only on the old balances we actually collect. Before any of it starts you get a free analysis that sorts every open balance into recoverable, appealable or genuinely closed, so you know the realistic figure in advance rather than after an invoice arrives.

Anything a third party charges. State medical boards, the DEA, verification services, secretaries of state and licensing agencies all set their own fees, and those vary by state. We list them separately on your quote and pass them through at exactly what they cost, with no handling charge and no mark-up. Our $500 licence fee is our work; their fee is theirs.

Billing has a short initial ramp period, because a transition takes real work from both sides and neither of us benefits from judging it after three weeks. After that it runs month to month. Flat-fee services such as licences, registrations and manuals are one-off engagements with no ongoing commitment at all.

Yes, and most practices do exactly that, usually billing first, then credentialing once they see how the two connect. Adding a service later moves you onto combined pricing from that month; there is no penalty for having started small, and no new onboarding to sit through.

No Obligation

A written quote, not a sales call

Tell us your specialty, how many providers you have and roughly what you collect each month. You will get your rate in writing within one business day, and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
